Common Problems With Gift Codes

• You are using the gift certificate (coupon) code on the PayPal website. In order to use the gift certificate code, you must use it on the actual website where it says to enter a gift certificate code, and then apply it.
• Your coupon may have expired.
• Your putting a space in front of the coupon when entering it so the system cannot recognize it.
• You are not applying 1 cent to the charge. You are required to checkout with PAYPAL with 1 cent
• You may need to delete your cookies or cache.
• You may need to switch browsers. Common problems happen when you have advanced or different settings then normal internet browsers. Try using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. We also recommend Google Chrome or yes even Netscape.
• You have already used the gift code, or it has expired. If you are still experiencing issues, we may need to recreate a new gift code for you so please forward the actual gift certificate code so we can reissue a new code to you.
