There is an option to remove the account from your shopping cart by clicking the X/Remove button. Once this has been clicked on, you can go back to the other character you wanted to purchase, and add this to your shopping cart.

We currently only allow one character to be purchased per time you checkout so we can generate one order number per account that we deliver.
