If the original owner recalls the account, we will provide a full exchange (exchange up to 150% of your original purchase amount).

1 Year Disabled Warranty On Your Account
If the account is banned, or disabled, we will provide a full exchange (exchange up to 150% of your original purchase amount).

Misprofiled Warranty
If the account does not match the original description (24 hours after delivery to report this) we will provide a full exchange (exchange up to 150% of your original purchase amount).

1 Year Technical Support Warranty On Your Account
We will assist you with any additional technical issues with your account.

What happens after one year has expired?

Once your warranty has expired, you may choose to purchase additional warranty time on your account by going to our shopping cart, adding a warranty pack to your cart, and checking out.

Can my warranty be voided?

Your warranty can be voided under any of these following conditions:

• Your account is suspended because of ordering power leveling services, game currency, or in-game items.
• Your account is disabled or suspended from the automated device called botting.
• You have incurred billing issues with the gaming company where you owe them money. This will create a suspension or ban from playing the game until the issue is resolved.
• You violated clear terms and conditions of the game, such as profanity, spamming, botting, disturbing other game players, and similar actions.

How does a warranty pack benefit me?
If you decide to opt out of purchasing a warranty pack for your account, we maybe unable to assist you if an issue occurs with your account.



I don't want an exchange, I want my actual account back if I order warranty. Can you do this?
We will do our best to work with the associated game companies so that you can keep your account and resolve all related issues. We will have someone on call everyday to get these issues resolved if they ever occur.
