  • If you sold or traded a product, please include your order number which you believe did not receive points for.

 

Within 1 to 72 hours, a technical support agent will review and credit your account with the missing reward points as well as send a confirmation e-mail.

If you signed up AFTER you checked out, or submitted your account, these reward points may not be able to apply to your account.
