Here is a list of all the possible status notifications, and what they indicate:


Account Information Received

This means that your account has been submitted and is pending.


Processing

This means that your order is no longer pending. You will (or may have already) received an e-mail with all the information needed to complete the payment process.


Needs More Verification

This means that your account has been processed, but there is some further verification needed before the transaction can be complete. One of our senior agents will work on this verification, so there will be no work required on your end at this point of the process unless you are notified by the agent working on this verification.


Wrong Information

This means that some of the information you submitted in your account is incorrect. You will receive an e-mail with the corrections that will need to be made. This e-mail will include all of the information and instructions you need to follow to complete the transaction.


Awaiting E-Mail Changed

This means that there is an incorrect e-mail submitted with the character account. You will receive an e-mail citing the information that is still needed. This e-mail will include all of the information and instructions you need to follow to complete the transaction.


E-Mail Updated

This means that all the changes you submitted have been accepted and are being reviewed by one of our agents. No more work is required on your end unless you are otherwise notified.


Account Verified

Congratulations- this means your submission has been accepted, and payment will soon be made.


Payment Sent

The transaction is complete, and we have sent the payment to you via the method you chose. If you have not received a payment, notify our support system for further assistance.


Denied

Denials are generally decided based on one or more of the following reasons:

  • Your account information was never received.

  • We were unable to verify the information you provided us with.

  • There was a high risk on our end if we purchased this account.

  • Our system was overstocked with characters of your kind at this time.



Expired

Expiration's and cancellations are generally decided based on one or more of the following reasons:

  • Our system was overloaded with quote requests, and yours was not received.

  • You did not successfully submit your account to our system.

  • The information you submitted was not received by our system.

 

Offer Sent

This means we have sent you an offer, and have yet to hear back from you whether this offer was accepted or denied. Please try again submitting your account as you will not be able to go back to the accepted quote page.
