We are located in the United States of America. This means that all customer service, management, and the entire rest of the team is born and raised in the United States. We also have recently expanded and are now working with a team over in United Kingdom. We are one of the rare companies out there that solely has American's rather than outsourcing to Asia which has been proven to not only temporarily suspend your accounts, but disable them permanently.
Your Question: Are you located in Asia?
No. 100% of the team is located in the United States and UK. This gives us the advantage of American IP's and European IP's which are not scrutinized like the Asian or Chinese IP's are and allows us to operate under the radar. It also fully protects your account from things such as Blizzard tracking proxy's, VPN, and other outsourced IP connections which Asian companies use to claim they are from the US. Facts are that if Blizzard or any other developer catches a Chinese IP, your account could be disabled permanently.

If they give you a difficult time, and are defensive, it's either because they are searching through google, or they just don't know. Try to squeeze an answer out of them, if they take more than 2 minutes, usually it's a sign they aren't from the US. You do not need to order a Receive Full Information Pack if you are transferring to a new server as you do not need this required information.
Your Question: Refund Policy
All sales are final once you order an account. Once you receive the account information for an account purchase, it belongs to you. Not liking the account is not basis for a refund, however you are welcome to sell it back to us. We do our best to provide all character/account information and details in our listings so that you will know exactly what you are purchasing. Once a character has been transfered over to you, please understand all orders are non-refundable.
Questions: I am having problems with my gift code
If you are experiencing problems with your coupon code, this maybe due to one of the following reasons.
1). You are using the gift certificate (coupon) code on the PayPal website. In order to use the gift certificate code, you must use it on the actual website where it says to enter a gift certificate code, and then apply it.
2). Your coupon may have expired.
3). Your putting a space in front of the coupon when entering it so the system cannot recognize it.
